Acro Technologies’ XRM (External Resource Management) platform had an outdated and inconsistent user interface, making it difficult for users to navigate and manage requisitions, approvals, and timesheets effectively.

Task

As the UI Designer, my goal was to modernize the interface, improve visual consistency, and establish a scalable design system that enhanced clarity and efficiency for enterprise users.

Action

• Redesigned key modules such as Light Industrial Requests, Approvals, and Timesheet Management with a cleaner layout and structured hierarchy.
• Built a component-based design system in Figma to ensure consistency across screens and faster development handoff.
• Applied modern color schemes, typography, and spacing principles to improve readability and accessibility.
